PAS 2035 Support

Advisory support for contractors, housing associations and installers who need to meet PAS 2035:2023 and PAS 2030 requirements. Our portfolio-scale review of 270 EWI installations gives us a practical library of what compliant detailing looks like , and what failure costs.

Gap analysis

Compliance gap analysis and audit-readiness reviews before the auditors arrive.

Defect diagnosis

Thermal bridging, discolouration, water ingress and detailing failures, diagnosed and tied to the specific compliant detail.

Service 03

Energy Audits

Investment-grade energy surveys of domestic and non-domestic buildings: metered consumption analysis, fabric condition assessment, U-value and heat-loss calculation, and a system-by-system review of heating, hot water, ventilation, cooling and lighting.

Deliverables follow the format we used across the LASER Zero Carbon Fund programme: a costed, ranked table of measures with annual kWh, £ and tCO₂e savings, simple payback and £/tCO₂e, ready for board or committee approval.
